• Cancellation policy:

  • All cancellations made prior to 24 hours of a scheduled tee time will be issued a full refund or rain check

  • All cancellations made prior to 12 hours of a scheduled tee time will be issued a rain check

  • The eligibility for a refund or rain check no longer exists within 12 hours of a scheduled tee time

• Inclement Weather Policy:

  • At the discretion of PTGC rain checks may be issued due to inclement weather. When it is deemed by PTGC that a rain check is warranted it will be issued on a prorated basis.

• Minimum Age Requirement:

  • Golf Cart Policy: All guests are required to present a valid driver's license to operate golf carts. In order to operate a golf cart, a person must be 16 years old or older and have a valid driver's license.  Anyone under 18 years old who is operating a cart must be in the presence of someone 18 years or older. Additionally, no one under the age of 18 can have a passenger under the age of 18 in their cart.

• Pace of Play Policy:

  • As a courtesy to all that play here at Pine Trace, we administer a Pace of Play policy. In order to be courteous to all those playing behind you, we ask that you play 9 holes: 2 hrs. 10 minutes and 18 holes: 4 hrs. 30 minutes. A group takes no more than an average of 15 minutes to play each hole.  The turn time should take no more than 10 minutes. There will be a Ranger on the course to monitor the pace, and if you have any questions they will be available to assist you during your round.

• Prepayment Policy:

  • Any/all reservations Monday-Sunday must be paid in full at the time of booking the reservation. Exception for Senior rates = Monday through Friday BEFORE 10AM (excludes holidays).

• Resident Discount Policy:

  • ​Pine Trace Golf Club offers a Rochester Hills resident discount which can be applied to green fees by presenting a valid Michigan ID card upon reservation check-in.

​

• Senior Discount Policy:

  • Pine Trace Golf Club offers a Senior discount MONDAY - FRIDAY BEFORE 10 AM which can be applied to green fees at the time of booking for customers 55 years old and over by presenting a valid government issued ID card upon reservation check-in - for more information contact the pro shop to make a reservation over the phone @ 248-852-7100.

• Walking Policy:

  • Walking our golf course with a discounted green fee rate is available Monday - Thursday BEFORE 10AM and Friday - Sunday AFTER 5PM; contact the pro shop to make a reservation @ 248-852-7100
