Book A Tee Time

Pine Trace Golf Club opens for play on June 12, 2026. We’re ready to welcome you back to the course. Please review the information below regarding our online tee time reservation system, and be sure to familiarize yourself with our golf and cart policies in the section below before booking.

How To Book A Tee Time:

  1. Click the “Book a Tee Time” button below. A new window will open.
  2. Sign in or create an account to book a tee time (select the ‘Login/Register’ button on the page). Once created, you will always be able to book a tee time with ease.
  3. Use the menu icon in the top left corner to select the parameters of your desired tee time.
  4. Click search to filter to your preferred results.
  5. Select your preferred tee time.
  6. Complete your reservation.

We are aerating our greens on Monday, September 14th. Prices reflect a discount because of this. Please call us if you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy

Your tee time reservation is non-refundable within 12 hours of your scheduled tee time but may be transferred should you wish to send others in your place. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows significantly impact the financial stability of golf courses, and we strive to maintain employment security for our dedicated staff. While this policy may be unfamiliar to some, it helps ensure our business remains healthy and viable.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your tee time may be issued a rain check or full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours prior to your scheduled tee time will be issued a rain check.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your tee time, or failure to appear for your reserved time, will not be eligible for refund or rain check.

  • In the event of inclement weather, rain checks will be available at the golf course’s discretion.

Credit Card Transactions

All credit card transactions will be subject to a 3% convenience fee. By proceeding with this transaction, you acknowledge that you are responsible for paying this fee and authorize us to charge your credit card the additional amount necessary to cover it. For those who prefer not to pay a convenience fee, please note that using a debit card does not incur this fee. The consumer should carefully consider which of these two options best meets their needs before conducting the transaction.

Our practice facility is opening in phases throughout the 2026 season as we put the finishing touches on each amenity. Here’s what’s open now and coming soon:

Practice Putting Green: Get a feel for the greens before you ever reach the first tee. Located right off the first tee; a feature you won’t find at most courses. (Opening Fall 2026)

Driving Range: Full-service range with small and large bucket options available. (Opening Fall 20266)

Putting Green: Get a feel for the pace of the greens before you tee off. (Opening Fall 2026)

Chipping Green: A dedicated short game area to dial in your wedges. (Opening Fall 2026)

Tee Time and Golf Information

What is Dynamic Pricing?
  • Dynamic Pricing / Green Fees are subject to change without notice.
  • Dynamic Pricing refers to our rates changing regularly in real time, based on the demand of the consumer. Plenty of factors play into the fluctuation of our rates such as time of day, weather, and most importantly demand. This model operates in real time and prices fluctuate as tee times sell or get cancelled.
  • The Dynamic Pricing model allows you to book the tee time and price you want by reserving in advance and taking advantage of our 14-day booking window! The earlier you book, the better chance you have of booking a lower price! This pricing model is new to the golf industry; however, airlines, hotels, and even sports teams have been using this pricing model for years to better serve their guests and fans.
  • Rates will vary across the season. As we open for the season, pre-spring rates will be available in recognition of spring conditions on the golf course. 
  • We offer a Senior Rate Monday through Thursday before 10:00 am. The cost is $55 for 18 holes, including a cart.
  • To book a Senior tee time, please call the pro shop at 248-852-7100.
  • For the enjoyment of all, we have a pace of play standard here of 4 hours and 30 minutes for 18 holes of golf. This includes 2 hours and 10 minutes for each 9 holes of play plus 10 minutes allotted for time spent at the turn. Our team utilizes GPS technology to monitor play on the course and manage pace of play.
  • All guests are required to present a valid driver’s license to operate golf carts. In order to operate a golf cart, a person must be 16 years old or older and have a valid driver’s license.  Anyone under 18 years old who is operating a cart must be in the presence of someone 18 years or older. Additionally, no one under the age of 18 can have a passenger under the age of 18 in their cart.
  • There is a rider’s fee of $35 for 18 holes/$20 for 9 holes associated with non-playing guests. All riders must be 5 years of age or older. Please note that course capacity necessitates riders not always being permitted. While riders can generally be accommodated Monday through Thursday, be advised that on most weekend dates (Friday through Sunday), riders cannot be allowed before 3:00 pm due to lack of availability. Please call our Pro Shop in advance to determine if a rider will be possible on your desired day/time.
  • Groups of less than 4 players will be paired with others.
  • Metal spikes are prohibited. 
  • Pine Trace offers food and beverage service to accommodate your needs on the course. You can purchase snacks, sandwiches, and beverages before tee off and at the turn. While we do not have a beverage cart on the course, we can put beverages on ice for you to enjoy throughout your round.
  • In accordance with Michigan liquor laws, no outside alcohol may be brought onto our property at any time.
  • Pine Trace allows walking the golf course prior to 10:00 am Monday through Thursday, however, the cost remains the same.

After two years of thoughtful renovation, Pine Trace Golf Club is opening its gates on June 12, 2026. We’ve honored what has always made Pine Trace special: the beauty of an Arthur Hills design, the warmth of a welcoming staff, and a genuine love for the game.

This is still the Pine Trace you know. And it’s only getting better from here.

2024 – 2026

The Rebuild

In September 2024, we closed the gates and got to work. Every green rebuilt. Every bunker redesigned. A new irrigation system, new cart paths, re-grassed fairways, and a fully reconstructed practice facility.

The renovation doesn’t stop at the course. A new banquet venue and fully reimagined clubhouse are already in design, set to make Pine Trace one of Southeast Michigan’s premier golf and event destinations.
