A Message to Our Customers

Pine Trace Golf Club is happy to announce we are open and look forward to hosting you. An important change to note: your tee time reservation is non-refundable within 12 hours of your scheduled tee time, but can be transferred, should you want to send others in your place. Last minute cancellations and no-shows are very damaging to the financial security of Golf Courses and we want to do everything we can to keep our staff employed, financially secure and safe. We know this policy is new to most, but it will help to keep our business healthy and viable. 

The safety of the employees and guests at Pine Trace Golf Club is extremely important to us. We are closely following the CDC guidelines as well as local health departments and state recommendations. We have implemented some procedures to promote the safety, health, and wellness of our employees and guests.  Thank you for adhering to these guidelines. We are happy to have you as our guest at Pine Trace Golf Club.

 

 

Scheduling Tee Times

 

  • Customers are encouraged to book online. This safe and efficient method will be the standard going forward.

  • Payment for all players booked will be taken at that time.

  • Should you experience any issues booking online, you may call our pro shop and payment will be taken over the phone. 


On Course & Driving Range:

  • Tee Time intervals are 9 minutes.

  • There will be no ball washers or water coolers on the golf course.

  • There will be regular sanitation of the restroom.

  • Flag sticks will be cleaned daily.

  • There will be no furniture on the driving range.

  • Driving range baskets will be sanitized regularly.

  • Range tokens will be sanitized regularly.

  • Pine Trace staff will thoroughly sanitize golf carts after each guest's use.

Upon Arrival:

  • Staff will not handle golf bags.

  • Check in via the pro shop will be minimal.  

  • If inside the pro shop please adhere to the following:

    • Follow taping on the floor to maintain social distancing of 6’.

    • No merchandise is to be touched, this includes golf balls.  The pro shop staff will assist you.

    • If payment needs to be made, customer will swipe their own credit card.

    • NO cash transactions will take place.

Food & Beverage:

  • The Pine Trace grille will be closing for the year on Saturday August 22nd. 

  • Hours changing weekly. Please call us for the current hours of operation. 

  • The turn grill will be open to guests with the following restrictions.

    • Please adhere to the tape on the floor to maintain a 6’ social distance from other guest and employees.

    • No merchandise is to be touched by a guest. Pine Trace employees will assist you.

    • There will be NO cash transactions.

    • Customer will swipe his/her own credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations prior to 24 hours of your tee time can be issued a rain check or full refund.

  • Cancellations from 24 to 12 hours prior to your scheduled tee time will be issued a rain check.

  • Cancellations inside of 12 hours, or a no show of your tee time will receive no refund or rain check.

  • In case of inclement weather, rain checks will be available at golf course discretion.
