Pine Trace Golf Club is happy to announce that as weather permits, we will be open and look forward to hosting you. In order to secure your tee time, we now require prepayment through our online booking engine. Once your reservation is booked, it is non-refundable within 12 hours of your scheduled tee time. For any questions regarding tee times and our course, please contact our pro shop at 248-852-7100.

 

The safety of the employees and guests at Pine Trace Golf Club is extremely important to us. With CDC guidelines being lifted, more of Pine Trace’s amenities are now available to our customers at the course’s discretion. We will continue to maintain a clean environment, with daily sanitation.

 

Over the past year, Pine Trace Golf Club has made some major improvements to its course conditions. Our maintenance crew has worked very hard to provide an exceptional service for our customers. We have recently received a lot of positive feedback and great reviews, so it seems their effort is paying off. Pine Trace strives to create memorable experiences for our guests as they play our course and interact with our friendly staff. We are happy to have you as our guest and look forward to seeing you this summer!

 

Scheduling Tee Times:

• Customers are encouraged to book online.

• Payment for all players booked will be taken at that time.

• Should you experience any issues booking online, you may call our pro shop and payment will be taken over the phone.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations prior to 24 hours of your tee time can be issued a full refund or a rain check.

• Cancellations from 24 to 12 hours prior to your tee time will be issued a rain check.

• Cancellations inside of 12 hours, or a no show of your tee time will not be eligible to receive a refund or raincheck.

• In the case of inclement weather, ran checks will be available at Pine Trace’s discretion.

 

On course & Driving Range:

• Tee times intervals are 9 minutes.

• Range baskets, range tokens, and flag sticks will be sanitized regularly.

• The range token machine now includes a credit card reader.

• Ball washers and water coolers are available on the course

• Our range will now have furniture

 

 Upon Arrival:

• You can check-in via the pro shop or by letting the starter know your reservation’s last name.

• Golf carts are not currently allowed in the parking lot.

• If you’d like to purchase merchandise, gear, or snacks and beverages prior to your tee time, the pro shop and clubhouse will be open.

 

Food & Beverage:

• The Pine Trace grille room is currently closed for this summer 2021 season.

• The turn grille remains open for our guests to use daily.

  • We will be offering snacks, small meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

• No outside alcohol is permitted on our property at any time. Personal coolers are also prohibited.
