Pine Trace is one of the most beautiful and photogenic sites in Southeast Michigan. From time to time people request to use Pine Trace to take photographs.

 

We accommodate those requests based on the following set of criteria:

 

• All personal photography (i.e. senior pictures, engagement photos, or other photography) requires a completed and signed request form and waiver of claim found below. These items must be signed and submitted to the Pro Shop in person at least one week prior to your desired date for photography. 

• Prom photography is prohibited. Wedding photography is limited to groups that are having their wedding and or ceremony at our facility. 

• All photography must take place within walking distance of the clubhouse and is limited to one hour unless otherwise approved by Pine Trace Staff. 

 

Please note that Pine Trace reserves the right to deny, cancel, or change the date of a photography request. Your photography request is not confirmed until a member of our management team has confirmed your date and time.  

 

 

 

Corporate or professional photography of products, models or specifically for marketing material requires a site fee, a signed waiver as well as a certificate of insurance naming Bylen Golf LLC DBA Pine Trace Golf Club additional insured. Fee, time and locations must be negotiated and coordinated in advance with the management staff.
